JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to perform 'post death rituals' of his mother who died on 15/04/2012.
2. From the jail remarks, it transpires that in the month of April, 2012, the convict was released on temporary bail for a period of ten days.
3. There being no time schedule prescribed for the 'post death ritual', the ground seeking temporary bail is not sufficient to release the convict on temporary bail. Hence, the application is rejected.
