When the matters are called out, only ten minutes remain for the Court time to be over, therefore, the actual hearing of the applications could not take place.
Mr.S.B.Vakil, learned Senior Advocate with Ms. Archana Acharya, learned advocate for the applicant in Civil Application No.16001 of 2010 has tendered a copy of the order dated 23-12-2011 passed by the Division Bench in Civil Application No.13760 of 2007 and connected matters and submitted that the Civil Application for deletion of some of the respondents may be heard first. It is further submitted that the matters before the Division Bench are fixed on 20-01-2012.
However, Mr.Y.N.Oza, learned senior advocate with Ms. Roma Fidelis, learned advocate for the applicants in some of the Civil Applications listed today, submits that all the Civil Applications listed today, may be heard in seriatim.
As the time of Court is now over, with the consent of the learned counsel for the respective parties, the matters may be listed on 30-01-2012.
