Sardarbhai vs State

The petitioner herein has challenged the order dated 30.01.2012 passed by respondent no. 3 and to further direct respondent no. 3 to immediately convene a special general meeting of the society for passing of no confidence motion.

This court is of the view that the present petition is misconceived inasmuch as the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to avail statutory remedy available by way of revision application before the competent court. Writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage. In view of the same, petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged.
