1. Vide order dated 12.03.2012, this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) was pleased to admit the matter and grant ad-interim relief qua continuity of service and 50% back wages as awarded by the Labour Court.
2. Mr.Dipen Desai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-workman states that the petitioner has reinstated the respondent-workman. Mr.Desai, learned counsel however, submits that no salary is being paid to the respondent-workman.
3. Considering the same, as the respondent-workman has been reinstated, ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2012 is hereby confirmed as interim relief till the final disposal of this petition.
4. It is however, clarified that it would be open for the respondent-workman to file appropriate proceedings for the objection which has been canvassed by Mr.Desai, learned counsel for the respondent-workman.
