Heard Sri Rajjan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghazipur to decide the interim injunction application 6-Ga filed in Original Suit No.988 of 2018 (Sardar and Others Vs. Ravindra Kumar and Others) expeditiously.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4A-Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghazipur to decide the petitioners' interim injunction application 6-Ga filed in Original Suit No.988 of 2018 (Sardar and Others Vs. Ravindra Kumar and Others) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
Needless to say that no unnecessary adjournment will be granted to either of the parties.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioners on merit.
