JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the fact that the appeal wherein issue similar to the issue raised in present petitions is pending, is likely to be taken up for hearing on 6th December 2012, the parties have jointly requested that these petitions may also be adjourned to any date after 6th December 2012.
Hence, S.O. to 10th December 2012.
Ad-interim relief, if any, is in operation, the same will continue till the next date of hearing.
