Shri Mazmudar, learned advocate for the petitioners in this group of petitions, relied upon the order passed by this Court in earlier group of petitions being S.C.A. No. 6438 of 2012 with S.C.A. No. 6440 of 2012 To S.C.A. No.6441 of 2012 and submitted that same order be passed in this group also. The copy of the order is taken on record.
Let there be Rule returnable on 23.07.2012, as the facts are similar. In the mean time and till the returnable date, there shall be an ad-interim relief qua appointment of Arbitrator under Arbitration Act. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 15.06.2012. To be heard with S.C.A. No. 6438 of 2012 with S.C.A. No. 6440 of 2012 To S.C.A. No.6441 of 2012.
