Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he has efficacious remedy of revision against the impugned order and, as such, wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach concerned authority.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned order before the concerned authority by way of revision.
