After some argument, counsel for the applicants prayed for withdrawal of the contempt application with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh representation before the concerned Secretary of the State Government, so as to ensure compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court.
Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
