JUDGMENT / ORDER

The cause-list shows that the process of rule has not been served qua respondent No.1. The Registry has also put a remark that 'Rule' has remained unserved because respondent No.1 is staying abroad. The petitioner shall supply present complete and correct address of respondent No.1 within two weeks, otherwise the Court may pass order dismissing the petition for non-prosecution.
Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier, and if it is still in operation then it will continue till next date.
