This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.1164 of 1994, arising out of Case Crime No.454 of 1993, under Sections 420, 467, 468, IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Allahabad, pending before the C.J.M., Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that they have entered into settlement before the mediation centre of this Court on 30.10.2018, same is on record.
In view of the settlement between the parties, proceedings of Case No.1164 of 1994, arising out of Case Crime No.454 of 1993, under Sections 420, 467, 468, IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Allahabad, pending before the C.J.M., Allahabad are, hereby, quashed.
The application is, accordingly, allowed.
