ORDER:
This writ petition is directed against the interim order passed by the first respondnet on 08.08.2014.
2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, this Court passed an order on 21.08.2014 suspending the order dated 08.08.2014. However, the first respondent was given liberty to consider the appeal pending before him including any interim applications therein but after notice and after hearing all the parties.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel that the matter is now fixed for further hearing on 27.09.2014 before the first respondent.
Hence, no further orders are necessary or warranted in this writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the first respondnet to deal with the said appeal, in accordance with law, on merits, expeditiously. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
