JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:
2.a. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.06.2017 and pass appropriate order on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
