JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4, in Crime No.284 of 2014 of the Santhanpara Police Station for the offences punishable under Secs.452, 326, 325, 324 and 307 r/w Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code, are in custody from 10.05.2014 and seek bail.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.
It is submitted that on 24.04.2014 at about 7.30p.m, the petitioners trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant and attacked him with cricket stump, beer bottle, wooden stick etc. De facto complainant suffered fracture of the leg and lost two teeth.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true. It is submitted that the de facto complainant is involved in other cases also.
4. Having regard to the fact that investigation is at the preliminary stage, request for bail cannot be allowed at this stage.
The application is dismissed without prejudice to the petitioners moving again after the investigation has progressed.
