Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.376 of 2016, after completion of investigation, was referred as “Mistake of Fact” vide RCS No.2/2016 dated 01.04.2016 and the final report was filed to that effect before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 20.03.2017.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
