JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the refusal to endorse the transfer granted as per Ext.P1 in the permit. In the circumstances of the transfer itself having been made on 07.11.2014, the Secretary shall endorse the transfer of permit, if there is no legal impediment, at any rate, within one month from today. Writ petition disposed of.
