JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a former employee of the Kerala Water Authority. He retired from service on 30.11.2008. This writ petition is filed for an order directing the respondent Kerala Water Authority to sanction and disburse Death Cum Retirement Gratuity to him. When the writ petition came up for hearing today, Sri.Joseph John, learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala Water Authority submitted that the Death Cum Retirement Gratuity will be sanctioned and disbursed to the petitioner within two weeks from today. The aforesaid submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
