JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 39
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 37674 of 2019 Petitioner :- Saraswati Respondent :- Tehsildar Tehsil Sadar Counsel for Petitioner :- Gaurav Sharan Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Application under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed which apparently got dismissed in the month of March, 2019. A restoration application has been filed thereafter which has remained pending. The only prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to pass necessary orders on restoration application.
A perusal of the record would go to show that after the matter was dismissed on 25.3.2019. It would, therefore, be appropriate to direct the Opposite party to dispose of petitioner's restoration application on the next date fixed or positively within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. The proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 would also be concluded expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
Subject to the aforesaid observations/ directions, writ petition stands disposed off.
Order Date :- 28.11.2019 n.u.
