(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It appears that the disputes involved in these writ-applications have already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court on August 17, 2011 made in Special Civil Application No. 2157 of 2011 with Special Civil Application 9022 of 2011, holding that the provision contained in Section 13-A of the Payment of Gratuity [Amendment] Act, 2009 is intra vires the Constitution of India.
We are also of the same view and as such, all these writ-applications are disposed of in view of the said decision dated August 17, 2011 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 2157 of 2011 with Special Civil Application 9022 of 2011.
All the writ-applications are thus disposed of.
