JUDGMENT / ORDER

Crl. Misc. Time Extension Application No. 230203 of 2014 Application for extension of time is allowed.
Two weeks' further and no more time is granted to the applicant to move an application under Section 245(2) Cr.P.C. before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 19.05.2014.
In case, the applicant does not move an application under Section 245(2) Cr.P.C. within the aforesaid period, then coercive action shall be taken against them.
