JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 08.05.2017 seeking sanction of additional posts/revival of the post, on the basis of the third respondent's proposal made in Na.Ka.No.1666/A5/2017 dated 08.04.2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the submissions of Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, taking note of the proposal made by the third respondent on 08.04.2017 and without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2017 on the basis of the proposal made by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1666/A5/2017 dated 08.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
