JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.223 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputtur, seeks transfer of the same to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.
2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the petitioner/wife. The petitioner/wife claims to be a resident of Madurai.
3. Even in the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.223 of 2012 filed before the Sub Court, Srivilliputtur, the petitioner/wife is shown to be a resident of Madurai.
4. Therefore, considering the convenience of the petitioner/wife as well as the distance between Srivilliputtur and Madurai, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.223 of 2012 are withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputtur and transferred to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai. The Sub Court, Srivilliputtur is directed to despatch the records in H.M.O.P.No.223 of 2012 to the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Considering the fact that the Original Petition is of the year 2012 and the marriage between the parties is of the year 2002, the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai, is requested to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.223 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30.09.2017.
6. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
