The contempt petition filed to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.246 of 2016 in W.P.No.318 of 2016 dated 07.01.2016.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, dated 23.03.2017, which is in compliance of the order of this Court in the writ petition.
