Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 30.01.2017 passed by the LII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-53) rejecting the application in I.A.No.IV filed by the petitioner for appointment of Court Commissioner in O.S.No.6732/2012 vide at Annexure-D and consequently allow the application in I.A.No.IV filed by the petitioner for appointment of Court Commissioner, on 18.11.2015 vide Annexure-B.
