----------------------- The petitioner is one of the evictees for the purpose of construction and development of Cochin International Airport. The petitioner submits that by virtue of a scheme floated by the Airport authorities, the petitioner is entitled to operate taxi in the premises of Cochin International Airport. However in the guise of the benefit accrued to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is operating the taxi. The petitioner has raised a complaint before the authorities and the authorities directed the petitioner to present before the committee constituted for taking evidence in this matter. The committee after hearing the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent informed the petitioner that necessary steps will be taken for resolving the above matter. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far no action has been taken by the respondents.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision within a period of two months from W.P.(C).No.32238 of 2014

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
