JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writs of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of his representation dated 20.06.2017 for issuance of License Bunk on the line of T.N.H.B. by the side of vacant land, Ayyapakka, Chennai 77, running fast food and Tiffen stall.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically handicapped person and therefore, she has given a representation on 20.06.2017 to the 2nd respondent to allot a Bunk Shop on the line of T.N.H.B. by the side of vacant land, Ayyapakka, Chennai 77, for running fast food and Tiffen stall. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017, in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
