JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is alleged that respondents 3 and 4 are committing mischief and have threatened the petitioner with dire consequences.
2. Counter affidavit has been filed by 4th respondent inter alia contending that he had not threatened the petitioner in any manner. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the issue is relating to certain financial transaction between the petitioner and party respondents. As matters stand now, there is no law and order situation in the area. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
