JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.,) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.11.2008, made in Contempt Petition No.370 of 2008 in W.A.Nos.338 of 2005.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Even during the last hearing there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is presumed that the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. Accordingly this Contempt Petition is closed.
