The petitioner seeks consideration of the petitioners case as she is identically situated to the petitioner at Ext.P5. However, the learned Standing Counsel appears and specifically points out that the last date for admission to the IV semester examinations of the M.Tech course was on 15.10.2014 without fine and then with fine upto 17.10.2013 and again with super fine upto 23.10.2014. In such circumstance, the petitioner cannot be granted the reliefs for reason only of petitioner having not approached this Court at the proper time. Writ petition dismissed.
