Petitioner, who is desirous of appearing for the 4th semester viva voce examination, was before this Court since, her earlier semester examination results were not declared. The prayer was rejected by judgment sought to be reviewed. Learned standing counsel for the University submits that the University has declared the first semester results and the University has also granted extended time till 25.11.2014 for making applications. Hence, those who have passed in the first semester examinations and those who have appeared in the 2nd semester supplementary examination as 1st chance would alone be entitled to apply within the time granted by the University.
With the above observations, the review petition is disposed of R.P.No.867 of 2014 in W.P.(C)No.28770 of 2014 -:2:-
reviewing the judgment to that extent and permitting the petitioner to make an application in the intended time, if she comes within the above specification.
