(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA) This petition is filed for restoration of original Special Civil Application No. 8001 of 1995. The said case was dismissed for non-prosecution. Notices were issued on the respondents on 30.7.2010 both in the matter of petition for condonation of delay and the proposed petition for restoration. Inspite of service of notice, no petition has been filed opposing the petition for restoration.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the grounds shown, we restore Special Civil Application No. 8001 of 1995 to its original file and the matter be listed before the appropriate Bench on 22nd November, 2010.
This Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
