This application has been filed with a prayer to prepone the date of hearing for Special Civil Application No.3482 of 2012, from 12.04.2012 to 23.03.2012.
Heard Ms.Kruti M.Shah, learned advocate for the applicants (original petitioners) and perused the averments made in the application.
It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicants that the applicants received Notice dated 20.03.2012, informing them that the possession of the premises in question would be taken over by respondent No.4 within seven days, therefore, if the hearing of the petition is not preponed, it is likely to become infructuous.
Having heard the learned advocate for the applicants and upon perusal of the averments made in the application, the following order:
Special Civil Application No.3482 of 2012 shall be listed on the Board on 23.03.2012.
