On the matter being taken up today, Shri Bansh Raj Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the in response to the online application, now the list has been published and the petitioner's name finds place in the said list and as such the cause for filing of present Writ Petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Shri Additional Chief Standing Cousnel has not disputed the said situation.
