Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is no FIR lodged against the petitioner no.2 till date by respondent no.4 for enticing away his daughter, i.e. petitioner no.1, but there appears no such averments made in this petition.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
