It appears that the petitioner’s claim for transfer from Arya Kanya Inter College Orai (Jalaun) to Manna Lal Indraini Kuwar Inter College Jaitipur, Unnao has been forwarded by the Joint Director of Education, Lucknow to the Addl. Director of Education on 29.06.2018. The grievance is that although all formalities have been completed and both the committee of management have given its no objection, yet appropriate decision in accordance with Regulation 55 to 61 of the Regulations framed under Chapter III of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 have not been taken so far.
Learned Standing Counsel states that appropriate authority will take necessary decision in the matter.
In the facts and circumstances noticed above, this petition is disposed off with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the claim of the petitioner in light of the recommendation made by the Joint Director of Education on 29.06.2018, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
