JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
"1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to award full mark of Question No.150 of Booklet Series "A" of Upper Primary Level Examination while extending benefits of Writ Petition No.35141 (S/S) of 2018; Shashi Lata & others vs. State of U.P. & others with all consequential benefits."
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to seek complete instructions in the matter.
