2. Grievance of petitioner is that there is some encroachment by private respondent nos.6 to 13 on public road/public path.
3. If there is an encroachment on public road/public path by an individual, remedy lies before authority concerned under Section 25 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or approaching District Magistrate under Section 133 Cr.P.C.
4. Dismissed on ground of alternative remedy.
