Sri O.P.Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has passed an order dated 30.09.2011 in writ petition No. 755 (S/S) of 2011, where a direction was given to the opposite party to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month.
Learned counsel further submits that the certified copy alongwith the representation was given on 13.10.2011, but till date no decision has been taken.
In view of above, the opposite party is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner as per direction given by this Court within a period of two weeks, failing which, he will have to appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing to explain as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him.
In the meantime, learned standing Counsel will also seek instruction in the matter.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party about this order, in writing, within a period of one week.
