Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the claim of the petitioner for consideration of her appointment on compassionate grounds shall be duly evaluated by the second respondent and appropriate orders passed in respect thereof within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made which is recorded and accepted, this petition is disposed of.
