This Court vide order dated 21.07.2016 had directed the trial court to expedite the trial on day to day basis, if possible, within six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
I have perused the order-sheet with the assistance of learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court by the opposite party.
In view thereof, contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate application before the trial court.
