(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mrs.AR.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials placed on record.
2. None appeared on behalf of the respondents.
3. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 25.02.2014, in W.P.No.791 of 2012.
4. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent - Bank has now at last taken action pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition and has called the petitioner for discussion with regard to proposal for settlement.
5. In the light of the subsequent development, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs..
