JUDGMENT / ORDER

At the time of hearing of the petition, the only prayer made before this court is that there may be a direction to dispose of O.P.No.725/2014 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda at the earliest. 2. After having heard the learned counsel on both sides, there is no reason as to why the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner should not be acceded to.
In the result, there will be a direction to the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to take up O.P.No.725/2014 pending before it and dispose of it in accordance with law as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
