Sapna vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|08 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having heard learned advocates for the parties and considering the nature of subject matter of the petition, I am inclined to direct the respondent authorities to see that no coercive action is taken by respondent No.4.
Post the matter on 1st March, 2012.
Learned advocate for the petitioners states that the vehicle bearing No.MH 14G 4376 is illegally detained by respondent No.4 and yet not handed over to the petitioners.
If the petitioners submit a xerox copy of the registration book of the above vehicle to respondent No.2 showing their ownership of the vehicle, custody of the vehicle be taken over by respondent No.4 and same shall be handed over to the petitioners.
Direct service is permitted.
