Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the third respondent/Accounts Officer posted at the office of District Basic Education Officer, Muzaffar Nagar to forthwith accord payment of salary in favour of the petitioner in lieu of discharge of her duties.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the authority concerned ventilating her grievance within two weeks, the authority would decide the same in accordance with law in further four weeks but certainly after giving opportunity to Committee of Management.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
