Following orders were passed in the matter on 17.9.2019:-
"Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Asha and has actually joined in November 2016. It is stated that merely because some complaint has been made on the Complaints Portal maintained in the office of the Chief Minister, as such without conducting any enquiry and without opportunity of hearing, the petitioner has been dismissed from service. Submission is that the order impugned dated 09.07.2019 is wholly arbitrary and is violative of principles of natural justice.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions.
Post as fresh on 27th September 2019."
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, petitioner had fabricated the record itself.
Learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition.
Prayer made is not opposed.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty is being granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in respect of same cause.
