The only prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, is to expedite the trial.
Heard Sri N. K. Mishra, office report shows that this criminal case is of the year 2017, Criminal Case No. 5362 of 2017 (State versus Gaurav Kumar) under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. Since the matter is of 2017 it is expected from both the sides that they would co-operated in the trial.
Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial as quickly as possible without any unwanted adjournment from either of the parties.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
