Vakalatnama filed by Sri Kamlesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and Sri Kamlesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and perused the record.
Respondent No. 4 is personally present before the Court and has produced the corpus Sapna Singh, in compliance to order of this Court, who has been duly identified by learned counsel for respondent no. 4.
Upon being enquired, the corpus Sapna Singh states that she is aged about 22 years and her date of birth is 02.01.1997. High School mark-sheet of the corpus has been annexed with the writ petition, which is Annexure No. 3, according to which date of birth of the corpus is 02.01.1997. She further states that she knows Bablu, who had performed marriage with her forcibly. She further states that she had not married with Bablu on her own will. She further states that she is not willing to go with Bablu, rather she wants to live with her parents.
In view of above, the corpus Sapna Singh is major and she states that Bablu had performed marriage with her forcibly and she is not willing to go with him, rather she wants to live with her parents. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
