JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the respondent No.2 states that the respondent No.2 is ready and willing for conciliation, but at the same time application for interim maintenance be decided prior to that.
Learned advocate for the petitioner has objection to the above mode, as suggested by learned advocate for the respondent No.2.
Considering the above aspect, the learned Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad is directed to make efforts to see that the petitioner as well as respondent No.2-wife remain present and shall ascertain their wish whether any final amicable settlement is possible or not and if such settlement is not possible, the matter may be heard on merit in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
Notice is discharged. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
