By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to direct the University to declare the result of the petitioners of B.A., B.Sc. and B. Com examination of 2010-11.
In the counter affidavit, the University took a stand that the University has not allotted any roll number to the petitioners, as claimed. Neither the college has supplied the examination form nor the examination fee to the University relating to the petitioners.
Despite the notice being issued to respondent no. 4, no one has put in appearance. The petitioners are directed to serve the respondent no. 4 by dasti summon. Office is directed to give the report about the service of notice on respondent no. 4 by registered post.
