It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that daughter of buwa of the applicant is married with O.P.No.2. The dispute between them is pending, on account of that, the complaint has been filed against the applicant.

Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. ,further proceedings of case No. 710 of 2009 under sections 147, 323, 342, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.Phephana, District Ballia , pending in the court of learned C.J.M.Ballia shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
